STUDY SESSIONS
[ on traditional yoga ]
This is the first workshop series out of many. We intend to inspire deepened inquiry by diving into yogic philosophy and discussing how to investigate and apply yogic sciences in one's life and practice. These study sessions are for the ones with interest to go deeper, no matter where on the path you find yourself. We’ll start with the fundamentals, only to go way deeper over time. We suggest that you join us from the beginning if you are in for the ride, as each session is a stepping stone for the next. During these sessions we will present the words of many teachers and highlight how these timeless teachings are still relevant today. Previous yoga related experience is not required. An open mind and heart is all. If you have an established spiritual practice, these study sessions will give you the opportunity to look closer at your resolution and nurture your relationship with the practice.
We will offer further deep dive study sessions after the completion of this series, based on the content discussed in this initial intro to the mystic and ancient teachings of yoga. Last half hour is allotted for Q&A. Join us for the ride into the inner depths of being.
